We were strangers to the area and she zeroed in on our needs and fulfilled every one of them. She also took care of every need we had which was difficult since we were over 300 miles away. My late father Anthony DellaPelle was the owner and broker of DellaPelle Realty back in the 1970s and 1980s. He was also a licensed appraiser and taught the appraisal courses and graduate real estate courses as well as serving as president of the board of realtors of the oranges and Maplewood and Morris and Sussex county in New Jersey. As such he was dear friends with Jim Weichert who founded Weichert Realty, I also knew Jim personally back in the day and I know Jim would be proud of how Fran represents Weichert Realty so thoroughly!

My wife and I have moved, sold and purchased new housing. Our moving was 6 times for employment and Fran by far was above the other agents. We found Fran very friendly, professional, and able to keep us in the communication loop. We were in the midst of moving from Hickory to Hendersonville and she was with us every step. Fran Wynn was referred to us by a realtor friend, and from the time we first spoke on the phone, Fran worked tirelessly to get to know us and find the house of our dreams. With over 600 miles between us we accomplished this through emails texts and phone calls for months while my husband and I were downsizing, cleaning and preparing for the relocation. During this time my husband had surgery so we needed to wait a few months before we could physically come down to view properties. During all that time Fran kept a lookout for us for the perfect property. When we were finally able to drive down, Fran set aside the greater part of a week to meet with us as well as connecting us with a mortgage representative and other contracts in the area. She was prepared to show us properties in a six county radius to find just what we needed and wanted! As this is definitely a sellers market , we needed to move quickly and efficiently when we did find the perfect house and with Fran‘s assistance and expertise, we successfully outbidded three other buyers! Over the course of the next few weeks, Fran went above and beyond to represent us in every way as we went back to New York State to prepare our own home to be listed and pack up our belongings acquired over a lifetime. Fran cared for us as if we were family and she treated this house like her own taking care of all the details we were not present to handle ourselves. She was never too busy to take our calls, texts and emails as we navigated our way through the process and closing. She always represented our best interest in the most professional way and it is easy to see why she is deeply admired by her associates and peers. I feel as I have a new great friend. In closing I want to add that I am myself from a real estate family. My father Anthony DellaPelle was a Realtor, appraiser and GRE instructor from 1969 to 2006. He had several companies in the state of New Jersey and as such was good friends with Jim Weichert as they were both beginning their businesses in real estate. They both served together on the Board of Directors of the Oranges and Maplewood as well as the Morris, Sussex and Warren boards in the state of New Jersey. As a teen and young adult I also was acquainted with Jim Weichert and I can tell you that Mr. Weichert would be extremely proud of Fran Wynn and the outstanding way she represents Weichert Realtors.
